Common questions
How is my price worked out?
By the size of your space, the type of clean, and its current condition — not by the hour with a clock running. Send the quote form or call, and you’ll get one clear price before we start. First-time and deep cleans cost more than recurring visits because there’s more to bring up to standard.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — we arrive with professional products and equipment included in your price. If you prefer specific products used in your home (for allergies, surfaces, or scent), just tell us when you book and we’ll use yours.
What if something isn’t cleaned to my standard?
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean the area at no charge. You deal directly with our professional, experienced team, so nothing gets lost in a call centre.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most recurring clients provide a key, code, or garage access and come home to a clean house. We lock up and confirm when the clean is done.
Can I reschedule or skip a visit?
Yes — call or text at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll move your visit at no charge. Life happens; your cleaning plan should flex with it.
What are your hours?
We clean and take calls from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week — morning move-outs and evening office finishes fit inside that. Outside those hours, send the quote form or a text and we’ll get back to you when we’re in.
